Hamilton Place One of the largest shopping centers in Tennessee, Hamilton Place Mall is conveniently located just off I-75 in East Brainerd. With more than 200 stores and restaurants, the mall contains big box retailers, upscale boutiques, and numerous specialty stores. Belk and Dillard’s, along with JCPenney and Sears, open up to stores that specialize in accessories, apparel, health and beauty, home furnishings, jewelry, books, shoes, entertainment, and more. Fashion Favorites include Ann Taylor, White House | Black Market, and Forever 21. Specialty stores include Barnes & Noble, White Barn, Sephora, and more.
Nearby, outdoor shopping strips, Hamilton Corner, Shoppes at Hamilton, and Hamilton Crossing, provide even more retail therapy. Outside the mall, stores such as Rone Regency, Anna Ball White, Chico’s, Eddie Bauer, Rock/Creek, and T.J. Maxx provide additional shopping options. Home furnishing stores in the area include World Market, Pier 1 Imports, Kirkland’s, and Bed Bath & Beyond, to name a few. Northgate Mall Located off Highway 153 and minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton Place’s sister property, Northgate Mall, is Hixson’s full-fledged shopping destination. With stores ranging from accessories and apparel to optical, salons, and spas, Northgate has it all. Among many popular stores are Belk, Old Navy, Victoria’s Secret, and ULTA Beauty. Dining options are available inside and outside the mall, giving shoppers many choices. The Memorial Hospital Hixson Play Area, located in the Belk wing of the mall, keeps kids entertained. The mall’s atrium hosts special events throughout the year, including pictures and a pajama party with Santa. Adjacent to the mall, Carmike Northgate 14 includes 3D and jumbo digital screens.
Nearby, the Hixson area offers additional shopping in the form of big box stores and favorite retailers, including Target, Office Depot, and Staples. In addition, Party City, Gander Mountain, Marshalls, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and more are located conveniently on HWY 153. Nearby restaurants include several steakhouses and sports bars, along with Asian, Italian, and Mexican cuisine.
Warehouse Row Downtown Chattanooga’s indoor shopping destination, Warehouse Row features a mix of local retailers and national favorites. With its charmingly rustic aesthetic of exposed brick, hardwood floors, and eye-catching light fixtures, Warehouse Row attracts locals and visitors alike for its unique setting. Stores range from Anthropologie, J. Crew, and Lululemon Athletica to locally owned shops such as Lines Orchid, Embellish Shoes, and Amanda Pinson Jewelry. A cosmetic shop, menswear store, paper shop, and home furnishing store complete the retail scene, while a salon, spa, Pilates center, and yoga studio add extra pizazz. For dining, local and regional favorites include Japanese fusion restaurant Two Ten Jack, upscale bar The Social, and artisanal coffee roasters, Goodman Coffee, among others.
Neighborhood Shopping While you’re sure to stumble upon a locally owned shop that’ll spark your interest no matter where you wander, there are some areas that are more retail-centric than others. One such spot is the North Shore, where a unique mix of independent small businesses owned by passionate locals dot Frazier Avenue and line One North Shore and 2 North Shore. Among many classic shops are unique gift shops, upscale clothiers, home interior shops, grocers, shoe stores, antique shops, salons, restaurants, and much more.
Near North Shore, Riverview offers tree-lined streets and charming shops, including a florist, a stationary shop, a wine store, an antique shop, and several clothiers.

In Ooltewah, Cambridge Square is a mixed-use neighborhood for professionals, retailers, and restaurant owners. Shops include several restaurants, a salon, a yoga studio, and more.
Bradley Square Mall Cleveland’s Bradley Square Mall offers residents a convenient place to shop and dine. Some favorites include Belk, Bath & Body Works, and Children’s Place. Specialty stores include books, shoes, apparel, jewelry, and more. Dining options include family-friendly restaurants, like O’Charley’s, Steak ‘n Shake, and more. In addition, Bradley Square 12 Carmike Cinema offers movie buffs screenings year round.
Downtown Cleveland North of Chattanooga, Downtown Cleveland features a mix of charming boutiques and shops inside historic buildings full of character. A bridal shop, an antique shop, and furniture and decor shops are some favorite retailers in the area.
