Cambridge Square is adding a residential component, which will allow residents to be a short walk from restaurants, a coffee shop, and wine and beer tasting rooms.



From outdoor recreation to shopping, Ooltewah offers residents and visitors a lifestyle of convenience and fun!

Shopping: A quick drive from Hamilton Place and nearby shopping centers, residents of Ooltewah have more than 200 stores at their fingertips. Nearby grocery stores include Walmart Supercenter, Publix, and Food City stores. Cambridge Square, Ooltewah’s newest addition, includes several locally owned places to eat and drink, including pizza and burger restaurants, a coffee shop, a wine bar and tasting room, and a craft beer retail shop and tasting room. Also included is a yoga studio and an upscale spa and salon. Cambridge Square Market is held on Friday evenings, and in nearby Collegedale Commons, residents can take advantage of the Collegedale Market on Wednesdays.

Outdoors and Parks: Wolftever Creek Greenway, just a short distance from Ooltewah, is a paved walking and exercise trail that stretches along Wolftever Creek and connects pedestrians to parks, playgrounds, an amphitheater, dog park, and more.  Enterprise South Nature Park is a short drive away and offers 2,800 wooded acres with miles of walking paths, bicycle paths, off-road biking trails, and picnic areas. Also close by is the Booker T. Washington State Park. Situated on the shores of Chickamauga Lake, the park provides a six-mile mountain biking trail, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, three large picnic pavilions, and more than 30 individual picnic sites. 

Festivals: St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church celebrates the Annual Blessing of the Animals to commemorate St. Francis, the church’s patron saint of the animals and the environment. It is a fun day full of free pony rides, a petting zoo, pet adoption from local rescue organizations, demonstrations by service dogs, and a dove release. 

Sport: The Ooltewah community is proud to be home to The Honors Course, a 400-acre private golf course that hosts many state, regional, national, and international amateur championships.  In addition, several clubs and courses in and around Ooltewah include The Champions Club at Hampton Creek (private), Brown Acres Golf Course (public, East Brainerd), Concord Golf Club (public, East Brainerd), and Council Fire Golf Club (private, East Brainerd). Athletic facilities and complexes including Snow Hill Recreation League and the Ooltewah Swim Center are enjoyed by all.
